Magic-style sparkles in Flutter — animated particles and a Web playground

I have a flaw: I like making people happy.

So when Mattis showed up on a Friday afternoon with a GIF from Magic saying "I want sparkles like that"… I took the challenge to heart.

The result

A Flutter implementation of the effect — animated particles and all the trimmings.

I put the repo online with a Flutter Web playground, so you can play with it and see the rendering for yourself.
